BulletProof Cacao Tea Recipe

Brew Bulletproof Cacao Tea with 2 teaspoons of tea per 8 oz cup of hot water. Steep the tea for three minutes with a tea diffuser or simply allow the leaves to sink to the bottom.

A cup of Bulletproof® Cacao Tea has the same amount of caffeine as a cup of decaf coffee.

Make a Bulletproof Cacao Tea Blend

  1. Brew the tea as normal
  2. Add 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Bulletproof Brain Octane to 8 oz (237 ml) of Upgraded Cacao Tea. Gradually increase the amount each day as desired to reach 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 ml) per cup.
  3. Add 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 ml) grass-fed, unsalted butter.
  4. Mix it all in a blender for 20-30 seconds until it is frothy.
